Shipping Policy

Each Louise Salaun piece is handcrafted to order in the UK.
Please allow 3–6 weeks from the date of purchase for production before dispatch.
This timeframe reflects the care and precision required to make each piece by hand.

When your order is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery

• UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day, once complete.

• International orders are shipped using a tracked courier service such as DHL. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

• If an item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 3 business days.

Packaging

Your order will arrive in a reusable fabric pouch within a protective mycelium box, packed using recyclable and paper-based materials.
We recommend storing your jewellery in the pouch when not in use to prevent scratching and oxidation.

Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by their local authority.

Delays

As each piece is made by hand, small variations and occasional delays may occur — these are part of the slow, intentional nature of the process.
You will be notified if your order is expected to exceed the stated lead time.
